KINGDOM IMPACT REPORT FOR PAKISTAN & INDIA

Dear Friends & Partners,
Welcome to the very first edition of our newsletter! I’m Ken, and after many years working as a Local Government Officer and volunteering with the Youth Justice Service, my life took a significant turn in 2009 when my wife Patricia and I responded to a call from the Lord to attend Charis Bible College in Walsall. Stepping out in faith, we completed three years of study, and I stayed on for a fourth year during which I was offered the position to serve as Director of Pastor and Partner Relations and Healing School Coordinator. In 2015, I accepted the role of Director of Charis Walsall, despite my initial doubts. However the Lord assured me that He would lead me to places I had never imagined or dreamt of. In 2020, I was reminded of His command to love His children and share the gospel of grace. This ministry was born out of a deeply personal encounter with God’s love during my student days, when I heard Him say, “Go and share my love with people everywhere; (Matthew 28:19-20), heal the sick and the broken-hearted.” (Luke 4:18-19). These words continue to shape and guide all that we do.
We thank God for all He is doing through Chang Ministries Global in Pakistan and India. Your continued prayers and support are helping us bring the love of Jesus to places where hope is scarce, but hearts are open.
PAKISTAN: Hope Among the Hurting
“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me… He has sent me to bring good news to the poor.” – Isaiah 61:1
In Pakistan, God is moving powerfully:
🔥 Pastors & Leaders Discipleship Training Programme – The message of grace is being shared powerfully, and lives are being transformed as people encounter the love of God for themselves. As they hear and receive this life-changing message, hearts are renewed, and faith is awakened. Pastors are also being equipped through a focused discipleship training programme, preparing them to teach and lead their congregations in the truth of God’s grace.
✨ Brick Kiln Factory Ministry – We’re sharing Christ’s love with families trapped in modern-day generational slave labour, bringing both relief and the hope of freedom in Christ. These families’ lives revolve around making bricks to earn a living, working to pay off generational debt.
🌊 Widow & Orphan Outreach Programme – In the wake of recent natural disasters, many widows, orphans, and destitute families have been left vulnerable and in desperate need. Through the Widow & Orphan Outreach Programme, we are responding with compassion and practical support—delivering food, clothing, medicine and shelter to those most affected.
🧕 Evangelism in Tribal & Rual Areas– Providing food, care, and spiritual encouragement. “Pure religion… is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction…” (James 1:27)

INDIA: Discipleship, Evangelism & Next-Generation Hope
“Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord…” – Proverbs 19:17
God is opening doors across rural and tribal India:
📖 Pastor & Leader Conferences – We’re teaching and empowering local pastors to lead with strength and vision. Many are returning to their villages ready to preach, teach, and evangelise.
👧 Orphan & Children Outreach – Children are learning their identity in Christ while receiving food, education, clothing, and medical care. They’re not just surviving—they’re being equipped to transform their communities for Christ.
🔥 Evangelism & Discipleship – Visiting villages to conduct Bible studies, lead youth meetings, and engage in street preaching—demonstrating the power of God and ministering in places where the Gospel has never been heard. This includes healing, prayer, baptisms, and sharing the message of Christ’s love.
The Need Is Great — And So Is the Opportunity:
